Your Session Your Session fee includes the photographers time & talent for 1 - 2 hours (newborns up to 4 hours) of custom-styled photography as well as the editing of each image. Contact us for pricing details. The session fee does not include any images, either prints or digital negatives unless otherwise specified. These must be purchased separately. The session fee is due at the time of the session & payable by cash or cheque. Once your order has been placed & paid in full, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery of portraits. Location Sessions can be held at your home or a favourite location, ie. park, beach, woods (weather permitting!). What to Wear Keep clothing simple, avoiding logos. With more than one person, outfits can be complimentary but not necessarily matching. Babies are better in their birthday suits! Preparation Make sure everyone is well rested & fed. Relax & enjoy! Children can sense stressful energy & often react against it. A session can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours so make sure to have snacks, outfit changes & wet-wipes! My Style I keep everything simple & clean emphasising those little faces & focusing on capturing all sorts of natural expressions. All images are shot in colour & can be converted to black & white or antique if desired. Newborns One of my favourite subjects to photograph (although often most challenging) are precious newborns. They are best captured in the first 2 weeks of life, so once baby arrives contact me to arrange an appointment. It is a good idea to contact me before your due date so I can add you to my schedule. A newborn session can last up to 4 hours, allowing time to feed & comfort. It will take place at your home & I will bring props & set-ups. After the Session I will arrange a convenient time & day to view the images within the following week. Once you place & pay for your order, please allow 1 -2 weeks for delivery of your portraits.
